StreetPros will allow returns on most unopened, unpainted, unmodified parts for up to 30 days from receipt of the item. All products must be returned in ready-to-sell condition, including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork.
We understand that a lot can go wrong when ordering Custom Auto and Truck accessories for you ride… Be sure the part is correct before trashing the box and instructions that will need to accompany the return. Freight shipping can be pretty expensive, be sure to order the correct part for your vehicle. When ordering hoods, bumper covers and parts that require painting, it’s important to check the fit before you paint it! StreetPros will not accept returns on Painted defective products. (Streetpros under no circumstance will refund freight shipping)
If you are requesting a replacement/exchange, StreetPros requires you to pay the new product and shipping on the new merchandise. At that time, We will issue you a return authorization (RA) number along with the same instructions you’ll find below. Once your products are received back to us, we will refund your original purchase minus shipping. In some cases, returns are subject to restocking fees up to 25% depending on the manufacturer.
All returns must comply with the following;
All returns must be initiated by calling a Customer Service representative at 1-877-667-7407
All returns must include an RA# issued by a StreetPros within 10 days from receipt of product.
All returns must be accompanied by its original packaging, instructions and hardware.
Customer will pay shipping fees’ on return items.(Except when StreetPros is responsible)
All products must be returned in ready-to-sell condition, including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork.
Painted, installed or modified parts will not be accepted under any circumstance
Returns on Electrical parts and components will not be permitted if installed. In some cases, the manufacturer does not allow refunds but will repair or replace the product. All electronic returns will be at the discretion of a StreetPros representative.
Custom orders will under no circumstances be returnable. Please research and determine for yourself the product you are purchasing is correct before you order it. We have no use and cannot resale specialty products! (How long will a special order item sit before someone else calls to re-order it?)
You will need to contact a StreetPros customer service representative on all defective items immediately. In most cases, StreetPros will resolve issues by initiating communication between you and the manufacturer. We have several policies depending on the vendor. We will stay involved as needed until the problem is solved, that’s our promise!
Streetpros requires you insure all products returned to us for the cost of the purchase. If the product was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately, we will initiate the claim process with the carrier. Please keep all the original packaging available for inspection, take pictures if possible.
Please note, Credit card refunds can take from 5-7 days to process. We sometimes experience delays in shipping due to product availability. Back orders are a common thing in this industry with manufactures. If during the wait, you decide the estimated time of arrival is not acceptable, StreetPros in most cases will offer to replace the product with comparable or better equipment. If you should decline, we will return your money, some fees may apply.
Special Order Items
